Eco Abrolhos only offers 13 night expedition cruises, of which there are 8 for the season – 4 Broome to Darwin and 4 Darwin to Broome. The experienced Australian crew pride themselves on showing each and every guest a complete cross section of all the Kimberley has to offer. The cruises start and finish on the spring tide (new and full moon) to give Guests the maximum “WOW” factor at critical tidal areas like Montgomery Reef, The Horizontal Falls and The King George & Berkeley Rivers – all of which are at the start or end of the expedition. The neap tides in the centre of the trip allow for better fishing and longer stops at the tide dependant swimming holes and shore-based hikes. With 11m tides in The Kimberley, this forward planning is a very important aspect of the Eco Abrolhos itinerary.
