We start your Kimberley adventure with a 3-hour air-conditioned coach trip to Cygnet Bay. Sit back and relax as you learn about the surrounding country, culture and history from our experienced guide, and enjoy a delightful morning tea as you visit the famous Beagle Bay Church. Board vessel at Cygnet Bay and enjoy the afternoon cruise with sunset drinks on the bow as we steam into the evening across the racing tide.
We’ll start our day with a refreshing swim in a secret freshwater water pool, or maybe try our luck at catching a fish, before taking a scenic cruise past Koolan Island as we make our way into Talbot Bay to view and experience one of the ‘greatest wonders of the natural world’, the Horizontal Waterfalls.
Today we cruise to Collier Bay - home of the largest tides in the Southern Hemisphere – a truly amazing spectacle to behold. The day can be spent exploring one of several creek systems, or if you’re feeling more adventurous a climb and swim in a freshwater watering hole. The afternoon we set sail to the northern reach of Doubtful Bay.
Doubtful Bay and the options are aplenty! Tides will dictate our daily activities, but there will be the opportunity to throw in a line, maybe try your hand at some mud crabbing, as well as numerous swimming holes and waterfalls to visit. Spend the afternoon observing the phenomena that is the truly amazing Montgomery Reef system. Watch as the reef literally rises from the ocean on the dropping tide and reveals all its hidden wonders- a day you will truly remember.
Start the day visiting Camden Harbour and Sheep island- the failed settlement attempt by early Europeans. Then we’ll cruise through Port George taking in some Pearling history before arriving at Hanover Bay for an afternoon excursion, fish and sunset beach walk.
Wake up to the grandeur of your surrounds as we cruise down into the Prince Regent River. Then its’ out in the tenders to explore the tributaries and enjoy the day at Kings Cascades. There is also another opportunity to enjoy a freshwater swim in one of the crystal-clear tiered pools at the top. Back on board for a sunset cruise back out of the river with drinks on the bow to reflect on this incredible place.
Start the day with an early walk to the historic ‘Mermaid Tree’, one of the few places where you can see the King’s voyage of discovery along the coast, before cruising out to Bigge Island. Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure, exploring the coastline of Bigge Island or trying your luck at catching a spot of dinner.
Spend the day exploring the beautiful Bigge Island. A large broken sandstone island, Bigge island is home to abundance of wildlife. Keep your eyes peeled for the little rock wallaby, turtle nests and crocodile tracks. There is also an opportunity to view some amazing rock art with both Wandjina and Bradshaw on display with a maritime theme.
Spend the morning collecting the delicious Kimberley Black Lip Oyster, before wetting a line to try your hand at landing a decent pelagic. Enjoy lunch with friends and crew as you cruise to Winyalkin Island to view some more of the amazing Rock Art that’s on offer in the bay - with Gwion Gwion and Wandjina styles both available.
Those eager to explore Winyalkin Island can enjoy a morning ashore, before cruising out to Swift Bay and into Mitchell River. Spend the afternoon catching mud crabs or casting a line to catch dinner, and enjoy your last evening indulging in your conquests prepared by your on-board chef.
Disembark Kimberley Pearl between 9:00am and 10:00am (depending on tides), to board your complimentary scenic flight transfer to Kununurra.

Great fishing & crabbing available for the enthusiasts, or just enjoy a tour of one of the most scenic rivers in the Kimberley.

Another day of magnificent beaches and incredible art sites. Relax and take in the scenery that the bay has to offer as we cruise and explore Swift Bay. Take in another breathtaking sunset and enjoy the culinary delights served by your onboard chef.

Tides will let us choose from several incredible Wandjina Art sites, a visit to an historic plane wreck, visit Jar Island to view more Gwion Gwion Art, chase down some Mangrove jacks in the fishing department, or tangle with some powerful Queenfish and Giant Trevally to see how the arms are holding up!
Today is a day you definitely won’t forget. The grandeur of the King George River will leave an Impression sure to last. Relax on the bow as we take an early morning cruise up the river to where it terminates in the Twin Falls- the highest twin falls in the Kimberley at 80m high. Then we’ll take a walk to the top and swim in one of the many pools on offer whilst taking in the amazing view back down the river. The afternoon will be spent getting up close & personal with gorge walls before returning to the Kimberley Pearl to enjoy the evening dinner on the top deck under the stars- a truly wonderful & memorable day.
Spend the morning reliving some WW2 history in Koolama Bay & Pengali Cove before making our way south to the Berkeley River. Upon arrival we’ll cross the sand bars that guard the entrance then take a scenic cruise through the winding gorge with its towering cliffs
A day spent out in the tenders exploring the rivers gorges, waterfalls, creeks and swimming holes. Throw a line in at your last opportunity to land that elusive Barramundi before the afternoon cruise out of the river, across the bars and onto Wyndham.
